After you complete our short trip inquiry form, we’ll reach out to arrange your complimentary consultation call. The goal of this call is simple: to get to know you! We’ll dive into your travel likes and dislikes, who’s traveling with you, and what’s on your wish list—so we can personalize your journey.

Step Two: Craft
Think we’re a good fit? We’ll send over our Client Service contract and Design Fee invoice and then get to work. You’ll receive 1-2 itinerary proposals to review, which will include everything from suggested accommodations to recommended tours and excursions. Pick your favorite, we’ll finesse as needed, and then we’ll book it all for you.

Step Three: Explore
We’ll finalize and share your full itinerary with you as your departure approaches—making sure you’re confident about every step. Once you leave for your trip, we’ll be checking in with our partners to triple check everything is ready for your arrival. Need any help along the way? Simply reach out!

What is Virtuoso? What are Virtuoso perks?
Virtuoso is an invite-only consortia of the world’s leading luxury travel companies; ATX World Travel is affiliated with Virtuoso through our host agency Gifted Travel Network. Being aligned with Virtuoso means our clients get extra special treatment at Virtuoso properties, such as complimentary breakfast for two, early check in/late check out, spa/resort/ship credit, room upgrades, and more (all subject to availability).
Do you charge a fee for your planning services?
Yes, we ask for a Design Fee when you engage us in planning your trip. We work with a limited number of clients at any given time, and like many other professionals—attorneys, financial advisors, architects—charging a fee allows us to invest the extra time and resources into providing truly white-glove service.The Design Fee varies based on the complexity and length of your trip, number of travelers, etc, and typically starts at $125 per traveler. We’ll share the exact fee with you after our complimentary consultation call together.
What types of vacations do you plan? Is there anything you DON’T plan?
We specialize in designing international journeys with an immersive bent—meaning you want to venture beyond the hotel and get an authentic taste for your destination, wherever that may be. You can learn more about the types of trips we specialize in right here.
While we love a good old American road trip, we typically don’t plan domestic U.S. trips with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. Territories. Wondering if we can design the vacation you have in mind? Just get in touch and we’ll let you know—if not, we might be able to point you in the direction of a fellow travel advisor who can.
Do you have a minimum vacation budget that you work with?
ATX World Travel works exclusively with the most preferred travel suppliers in the world to curate luxury travel experiences designed specifically for you and your unique travel style. While trip costs can vary significantly based on travel location, type of trip, and components booked, you can expect a custom designed travel experience to cost between $750-$1,500 per person, per day, excluding international flights. This budget gives us enough to work with in terms of pairing you with exceptional accommodations and the kinds of hands-on experiences we’re known for curating.
